What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
The work I do know is based in teaching people how to truly feel safe anywhere with anyone by learning to feel safe with themselves. I do this through The SELF Literacy Project, a multi phase, multidisciplinary curriculum which I hope to one day soon see in Government Systems including elementary schools.
The work we all do is amazing and I am so in awe of everyone who works tirelessly to help build resilience. I believe though that if we want permanent solutions our first tool we teach all people is how to feel safe to express love & forgiveness to the reflection they see in the mirror - SELF :)
