What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
A few years ago, I attended a professional development where I was first exposed to the ACES study. I learned some easy techniques to take back to my students that would help them to emotionally regulate. I was hooked!! Since then I have been reading books, watching YouTube videos and learning all I can. Last month, I changed employers and was excited to find that they are actively pursuing a trauma-informed program.
