What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
Let’s look for the win/win in helping your business or community foundation, your family trust or other funding source support your city, county, state or region to prevent and heal trauma; build resilience and work toward a just society where all people thrive. There are tremendous benefits to employers and employees to seeing your for-profit of nonprofit become trauma informed. I can help your organization be part of the solution!
Too many friends who endured adverse childhood experiences are dying way too young! I know what trauma has done to friends, and to me. I also know how practicing resilience helps.
Our children deserve to grow up in trauma-informed communities, in a nation that is about reducing trauma, not about adding to it. Interested in health, recovery, money management, menopause, movement and its impact on healing, more! These are challenges and opportunities I live with, research, and write about. My hope is to add insight, understanding, and resilience training in these areas, as they have an incredible impact on those of us with high ACE scores.
If you're part of a community-based PACEs initiative, which one?
